Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the CyberKSA platform. They sit alongside the engagement contract and the rules of engagement agreed for each test; where a contract says something different, the contract governs.

01Who may use it

Accounts are issued to named people, by invitation, by somebody authorised on your side. An account belongs to the person it was issued to and is not to be shared. Tell us as soon as somebody leaves so their access can be removed.

02What the reports are

A penetration test describes a point in time. A report says what we found in the scope we were given, during the window we tested, with the access we were granted. It is not a certificate that a system is secure, and it does not cover anything outside the agreed scope. Environments change and new weaknesses appear, so a report should be revalidated after remediation and after significant change.

03Confidentiality

Reports and findings are confidential to you and to us. We do not disclose your name, your findings or your evidence to anyone without your written agreement, and we ask that you treat our methodology and report format the same way.

04Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to test systems you do not own or have not been authorised in writing to test. Do not attempt to reach another client's data, and do not probe the platform itself outside a scope we have agreed. If you find a weakness in the platform, tell us at ops@cyber.com.sa rather than exploring it.

05Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and will tell you in advance of planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and the platform may be placed in maintenance mode while work is carried out.

06Your data

Your engagement data is yours. We hold it to do the work and to keep the record described in the privacy notice. On request at the end of a contract we will return it in a readable form and delete our copy in line with the agreed retention period.

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. CONFIRM: the forum for disputes, and the registered entity name and commercial registration number.

08Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell the account holders on your side before the change takes effect. The date this page was last updated is shown at the top.
